Our research groups investigate the pharmacology of cancer and inflammation. Using state-of-the-art methods, we develop new therapeutic approaches and treatment options. Our spectrum ranges from basic research on drugs and their mechanisms of action to clinical studies in humans.
At the University of Bern, we contribute to education in pharmacology and immunology for students of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, biomedicine, and biology. A key focus of our institute is the training and supervision of PhD students.
